Thank you for all your hard work setting up our trip to Vietnam, it was very well organized- and we will certainly want you to set up another trip for us in the near future. There is much to see, and the tour operator you have partnered with is exceptional. Here are a few notes about some of the experiences we would like to share with you:  

• United versus Singapore Airlines: It was our choice to use United; however, Singapore Airlines is better. We used United because of the miles and that was OK, but Singapore Airport is much better than Hong Kong, and Singapore Airlines is better than United.
• Entry into Vietnam is very exhausting. Long lines, and when you are already tired this is not pleasant. I wish there was a better (faster) way to enter the country.
• Tac Say Catholic Church – A very nice site to visit, we enjoyed the tour to this church.
• Ho Chi Minh City – A busy city at all hours. Lots of 24-hour coffee shop, and plenty of café options for a sandwich or other delicious meal.
• DAD & HUI Airports – Very modern, easy to walk around and plenty of shops in the terminals.
• Ba Na Hills – This is a hidden gem. We could spend the entire day at this attraction. It is quite large, and this is definitely a place to go back to again.
• Bike Ride – Excellent time riding bikes, and could of gone for a longer time.
• Marble Mountain – Very good venue for exploring.
• Hotels – All hotels were excellent and we were very comfortable at them. Silk Path Grand was probably the best of the hotels we stayed at; however, all were very good.
• Liberty Central Riverfront – Our experience at this hotel was MUCH BETTER this time. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a great view, and the room design seemed better this time.
• Guides – EXCEPTIONAL ! ! !

We got back late last night. What an amazing trip! Thank you for all of the time and energy you put into making our honeymoon so special! It far exceeded my expectations. The candlelight dinner you arranged was so special. The whole trip was amazing. I loved that we got to see many different cities, hotels, and that we had varied activities. Our guide Widi was amazing and our driver Ari too!   The only thing that wasn’t great was the boat ride to and from Lombok. Like I mentioned before, it wasn’t terrible I just wouldn’t do that part again. It wasnt very comfortable. Lombok was actually my favorite (My husband’s was Ubud)  All of the places were wonderful. I would definitely go back to Lombok again. I would just try to pay more for a flight or a better boat. Other than that, it was perfect.!   I am so happy to have been introduced to you Ning. I will definitely look to you again if I need help planning a trip. Thank you so much. We are very happy with your service!

As Karl mentioned, we had a great experience with our trip.  Both guides we had were very knowledgeable and informative.  They provided us with great cultural and historical stories and both were very personable.  All the properties where we stayed were wonderful.  The rooms were spacious, and we enjoyed trying the food.  The Marriott in Kathmandu was responsive when we first arrived - our initial room smelled of cigarette smoke and they immediately got us a new room, which we appreciated greatly.   We enjoyed all the activities, hikes, and cultural sites.  We appreciate your insight as to going to Chitwan National Park.  The safari and boat rides were enjoyable - the guide there was quite knowledgeable as well.  We were excited to have a fairly up close and personal look at a rhino, too!   Thank you for arranging a wonderful experience.  We have great memories and beautiful pictures.  

We are back in California after our trip to Japan, Hanoi, and Turkey. We really enjoyed our time in Hanoi. The hotel was excellent and so were the guides. Vietnam is a lovely country, and we enjoyed the people, places, and food. Our separate trip arrangements for Halong Bay also was very good.   Thanks for your help in making the arrangements.

To provide a headline for our trip, it was FABULOUS!  The right amount of time to explore the city and its surroundings while immersing ourselves in local boulangeries and eateries.   While we started our 1st day weary from the overnight flight, it was the perfect beginning, not having been to Paris before, to set the context with the private tour of the city and Seine River Cruise. With the Olympics’ opening ceremonies taking place on the Seine River, it was interesting to see how they were beginning work to prepare while having a unique perspective to see many of Paris’ landmarks.  Our guide was on time, very engaging, and knowledgeable, and set the tone for what we’d be able to see the next few days.   Our next morning began with a small-group half-day Louvre Guided Tour, which was the perfect amount of time, and the guide was again knowledgeable and engaging.  Our only disappointment was that some areas were closed in preparation for the Olympics.  We finished the day with a tour of the Eiffel Tower, which is best done in the evening as it lights up shortly after you finish, which is beautifully impressive.   Following a day on our own, we had a 12-hour trip for a small group tour of Loire Valley Castles. This was great to go and see and required the full day. Our only wish would have been to have been able to stop and have a glass of wine along the way to relax in the valley. We assumed our guide would take us into the castles but drove us there, walked us to the entrance, and then made sure we had a pamphlet to see on our own. I would recommend having the option to upgrade to have the guide join you, similar to our other excursions.   The pinnacle of the trip was our full-day tour to Versailles. It was AMAZING and likely a result of our guide, Frederic. From the moment he picked us up from the hotel, he customized the day to ensure we saw everything. He was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through the most important details of what we were seeing. He took us to lunch in town, and having him join us was truly our pleasure. By far the best guide I’ve had from almost every trip. I highly recommend Frederic to anyone visiting Paris, as he does many different tours.   The hotel was also very nice. Perfectly situated in the center of the city with easy access to all sites, restaurants, and transportation, it was perfect for our visit.   I hope this is helpful. Until our next trip…

We would like to sincerely thank you and Globotours for offering such a wonderful package.  Fiji and the entire experience at the Sofitel far exceeded our expectations. We would also like to thank your agent in Fiji and the Sofitel staff for their superior service provided making this holiday such a relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable experience.  All the staff was so friendly.  I would like to mention that Oswald (Ozzy), who worked at the reception area, and Vau, who worked in the Waitui Beach Club, were both so helpful. Nevin, who provided the R/T airport transfers, was also very helpful and informative.  He is from Nadi and mentioned that he thought the Sofitel was the best of the Denarau Island resorts.  After spending the week there Mr. Parker and I agree.  We couldn’t imagine that the resort could have been any better.  The service was wonderful.  The Waitui Beach Club experience and the FJ$200 Wine, Dine & Spa Credit daily was such an amazing deal.  We decided if it’s offered again next year we will definitely book this package again.  As much as we loved the daily tours, our only regret was that we didn’t have enough time to spend at the resort and enjoy all the amenities offered.  If we were to return we would spend half of the time just at the resort since the experience was so wonderful and all our needs were met so there was no need to leave.  The location was great.  We really enjoyed taking the Bula Bus for the short ride from the Sofitel to Port Denarau.  It was so convenient for any last-minute shopping. All good things must come to an end.  That being said, I’m now focused on my next vacation.  I’m still interested in the Maldives Vacation Tour that’s being offered at the SAii Lagoon (Code: MLESAII).  However, it was recently brought to my attention that a new resort called SO/Maldives is set to open in 2023 at the Crossroads Maldives.  Do you have any idea if Globotours has plans to offer a package to this resort when it opens?

Everything has been perfect thanks a lot! We are already in maldives the hotel its grate! The hotel at dubai was very normal, nothing bad but nothing good haha.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful trip you put together for us.  I really enjoyed the food and all the activities.  Horse back riding was my favorite.  I had a wonderful time and loved the cheese cake.

I just wanted to say Thank You for organizing our most recent trip to St.Lucia! Food choices were great, the boat was super relaxing (Besides the incredible amount of sunburn I got), and I had never been horseback riding before, so that was definitely unique to try out.   Again, much appreciated on the work and coordination you put into making the whole thing happen.

Wanted to share a few thoughts on our trip. The landings was a fantastic property, the rooms were spacious and most important the bed was comfortable. Had a fantastic time on the catamaran and horseback riding. The selection of restaurants was incredible, we ate very well. Had a great time, appreciate you setting up the trip.
