Itinerary

DAY 01

DEPART HOMETOWN/TOKYO

Board your flight to Tokyo.

DAY 02

ARRIVE IN TOKYO

Arrive in Tokyo, the capital city of Japan, to be transferred to your hotel by airport limousine bus.

 

Set in the heart of Tokyo’s Shinjuku shopping and entertainment district, Hyatt Regency Tokyo is an upscale, high-rise hotel within minutes from Shinjuku station. Hotel offers 746 beautifully appointed guestrooms and contemporary dining ranging from Chinese and Western to Japanese cuisine, including French Restaurant which has been awarded two stars in the “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2017″ for ten consecutive years.

DAY 03

TOKYO CITY TOUR (B)

This morning, see the best of Tokyo with a half-day tour of the city’s most glamorous neighborhoods and iconic landmarks. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

DAY 04

MT.  FUJI & HAKONE TOUR (B/L)

Travel by coach to Mt. Fuji, Japan’s highest mountain at 12,388 feet. Stop at Mt. Fuji’s fifth station at 7,607 feet (weather permitting) , you will be inspired by the beauty of the landscape. After lunch, enjoy a boat ride across picturesque Lake Ashi. Afterward, take a scenic cable car ride up Mt. Komagatake to the Owakudani volcanic valley, famed for its scenic views and kuro-tamago hot springs. Afterwards, return to Tokyo by motorcoach.

DAY 05

TOKYO/SINGAPORE (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Singapore, a global financial center with a tropical climate and multicultural population. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

 

Perched on Fort Canning Hill in a restored colonial building on the ground of Fort Canning Park, The Hotel Fort Canning is within a short stroll to MTR stations and some of the city’s major attractions.

DAY 06

SINGAPORE CITY TOUR (B)

Our city tour of Singapore begins with a drive around the Civic District, passing by the Padang, Singapore Cricket Club, historic Parliament House and the National Gallery Singapore. The Gallery consists of the former Supreme Court Building and the City Hall. Next, stop at the Merlion Park and enjoy the impressive views of Marina Bay. Do not miss out this picture-taking opportunity with The Merlion, a mythological creature that is part lion and part fish. Visit Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of Singapore’s oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples, before driving past Chinatown. Proceed to Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site – the Singapore Botanic Gardens and walk through the National Orchid Garden which boasts a sprawling display of 60,000 orchid plants. Let your senses come alive at Little India as you walk past shops along the five-footway offering a variety of exotic fruits, spices, jasmine and orchid garlands. Watch a skillful demonstration of Teh Tarik – Pulled Tea at a “Sarabat Stall” and sample the tea after with your guide explaining the origins of this all-time local favorite beverage.

*Please note that The Merlion statue at the Merlion Park will undergo restoration works from 26 February to 15 May 2019. While the restoration works are in progress, the statue will not be available for photo-taking as scaffolding and hoardings will be erected around it. The nearby Merlion cub statue, however, will be available for photo taking.

DAY 07

NIGHT OUT AT MARINA BAY (B)

Enjoy a day at leisure. In the evening, join us for a tour to the Gardens by the Bay, discover exotic plants in the FlowerDome from the 5 continents which are displayed in 9 different gardens, or walk in the Cloud Forest and marvel at the 114 feet tall indoor waterfall, a mysterious world veiled in mist with and be amazed at the unique and fragile plants. Watch the SuperTree Grove come alive with an exhilarating display of light and sound at night! Be amazed with a birds-eye view of the city and Marina Bay from the top of Marina Bay Sand’s Skypark – it is a roof like no other, perched 656 feet in the air with observation deck in the clouds (weather permitting).

*Night out at Marina Bay Tour operates from Wednesday to Saturday. Tour includes 1 Dome at Gardens by the Bay.

DAY 08

SINGAPORE DEPARTURE (B)

Hotel check out time at 12:00 noon. Depart the hotel and head to the airport to catch your return flight home.
