Globotours would like to inform our valued clients that beginning October 1, 2025, Taiwan will officially introduce a fully online Arrival Card system, known as the Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC).
All foreign nationals who do not hold an Alien Resident Certificate, Resident Visa, or Diplomatic ID Card will be required to complete and submit their arrival information electronically within three (3) days before arrival in Taiwan. This new system replaces the traditional paper arrival card and is designed to streamline immigration procedures, reduce processing time at airports, and enhance the overall arrival experience.
Travelers may conveniently complete the TWAC online using a computer or mobile device before departure. We strongly recommend preparing your travel details in advance and submitting the form within the required timeframe to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival.
