Starting May 7, 2025, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will begin enforcing REAL ID requirements at airport security checkpoints.
Travelers must present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or another acceptable form of identification to pass through security. TSA PreCheck membership does not exempt travelers from this requirement.
