Welcome to Tibet, a land of breathtaking landscapes and deep spiritual heritage. Upon arrival at Lhasa's airport or train station, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is yours to rest and acclimate to Lhasa's high altitude—11,995 feet above sea level—as the city sits along the banks of the Kyichu River, surrounded by majestic mountains.
