Travel Alert – Important Information on Travel in Light of COVID-19

Every day brings new developments related to COVID-19 and we understand how stressful this uncertainty can be. With that in mind, we would like to assure you that the safety and well-being of our guests remain our top priority.

 

Beginning March 16 our office will be closed until May 31 in an effort to do our part to stop the community spread of COVID19 and ensure the health and safety of our employees. Change or postpone your vacation

 

A written request for cancellation or departure date change must be received by Globotours. Oral requests will not be accepted.

 

For all trips departing on or before May 31, 2020, you’re free to change or postpone your vacation. The value of your air ticket will remain available to rebook per your specific airline’s policies. Typically, future travel must be on the originally booked carrier with the same booking class and the same seasonality. You will be responsible for airfare and hotel rate difference if applicable. The new itinerary must be completed by 31 March 2021.

 

For all trips departing from June 01 – August 31, 2020

If you have an existing booking travels within this period, you have the flexibility to change the land portion of your trip to a new date, free of charge until 30 days prior to departure. Airlines may have different policies and penalty charges, any and all of which are your responsibility. You will be responsible for airfare and hotel rate difference if applicable.

 

For departures as of September 1 and later, standard terms and conditions apply.
