Yes we’re back….it was a great trip. You guys did it again! Everything went as planned, the tour group that you guys have selected for our transfers & day tour in Bali was great. The tour guide was knowledgeable, spoke great English & was very nice. Our hotel in Bali was excellent. Facility was modern & staff very accommodating. We had a great time. Thanks for pulling it through for us again. We will definitely consider Globotours for more trips in the future.

I can say on the behalf of my entire family that you did a wonderful job in planning the whole trip. This was probably one of the best vacation me and my family have experienced. China is so different that you sometimes feel you are on a different planet. That excitement made the whole trip wonderful. Coupling that with your fine arrangements made it even better. Please extend our thanks to the Globotours team too.
When we arrived in Shanghai, we were greeted by a young tour guide who called himself Leon. His English was very good and had a fair good understanding of the American culture. Throughout our stay at Shanghai ( 5 days) he kept us informed about everything and was very considerate about the fact that we were getting tired around 3 pm because of the jet lag. He would take us back to the hotel for an hour or two to catch a nap and then hit the streets again. I would rate Leon as Excellent for his services and knowledge.
The hotel we stayed at was Longemont hotel located about 40 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the city center. It is a 5 star hotel and well kept. What kids enjoyed most about this hotel was that the Internet was free throughout the hotel. The morning breakfast that was part of our stay was a buffet style breakfast and very elaborate. I am not sure how much extra we had to pay for that but it was really really good.
When we arrived at Xian, we met with another young tour guide named Kevin. Just like Leon, he spoke good English and kept us informed. The hotel in Xian we stayed at was one of the best. The Shangrila hotel was located in the modern technology section of the city. Visiting the terra cotta warriors was a profound experience.
The Internet was free at the Shangrila hotel and the bandwidth here was much better. Just like the Longemont hotel, the free breakfast has elaborate and worth every penny.
When we arrived in Beijing, we were greeted by a young female guide named Angie. Just like the other two guides, she was professional, courteous and punctual. Trip to Great wall of china was one of the main highlights followed by the visit to the forbidden city. Although it was not on our plans, we wanted to see the Olympic stadium the Bird's Nest. Angie was kind enough to fit that within our already packed schedule.
The hotel in Beijing we stayed at was the Intercontinental hotel located in the financial district. Excellent hotel and once again excellent free buffet breakfast. However, Internet was not free but rather expensive. About $20 per day.
There were several tours that included lunch and/or dinner. All of those were real good. The choice of restaurants and the food quality was excellent. I loved the dumplings restaurant in Xian, the Chinese restaurant at the Yu Gardens.
There were three shows we watched; the acrobatic show, the cultural show and the opera. Everyone loved the acrobatic show. The other too were kind of slow and kids got bored.
All in all, we loved the fact that we had a private tour guide with a private car with us all throughout the tour. It allowed us to take longer breaks and see things at our own pace.

First,THANK YOU SO MUCH for making all the arrangements. My family had an absolutely fabulous trip and we definitely want to return to China. While our visas are still in effect we think we may go to Hong Kong in April for a one week trip. The trip was fun, educational and for all the ground we covered, it was still relaxing. The Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Three Gorges, the Terracotta Soldiers - - -everything, every museum, temple and garden wasawe inspiring . ..magnificent experience.
Beijing was wonderful, our guide Aaron and our driver, were the best of the whole trip. They were always on time, had water bottles for us, and Aaron was knowledgeable and patient, answered all of our questions. When we return to Beijing we would definitely want to utilize their services again. The Peninsula Hotel (would stay here again) was wonderful with an attentive and friendly staff, skilled bartenders and the BEST (tied with Shangri La in Xian) breakfast buffet we’ve ever enjoyed. The restaurants selected by your local team were wonderful, rate Hua Family restaurant, Da Dong 4s and Maison Boulud 5 (scale of 1 to 5, with 5 the highest).
In Shanghai both restaurants receive 5, absolutely delicious. Our guide and driver were friendly and helpful, fun to be around would recommend Elaine to others.
My son absolutely loved the Yangtze River cruise, staff friendly, helpful and our room was great. We upgraded to the Jade Suite since it was available and we negotiated the price down some what. The spa on the ship was great, as were the planned shore excursions. We would do this trip again as well.
Xian, guide, hotel everything wonderful, same for Guilin. The restaurants in the Shangri-la in Xian was excellent and the one in Guilin was very good. We would stay and recommend both the Shangri-la Hotels in Xian and Guilin.
All of our flights in China were two to three hours late, but no problem ...all airport facilities were nice and peoplealwayshelpful and our guides were always at the airport to greet us upon arrival.
Again, thank you thank you thank you. It was truly a trip of a lifetime, and we plan to go to Hong Kong in 2012 and back to China the following year. Next time I think I want to do some shopping.

The trip was worth every second. Angkor Wat was Simply Awesome! I took over 600 photos. The tour, guide, driver, travel agent in Angkor Wat
were all great. The Lotus Resort & Spa was nice, and its enclosed grounds were especially beautiful.
As always, Singapore is an easy place to visit and enjoy its amenities. I've stayed at the Furama before and it continues to maintain a high
standard. The buffet breakfast there is fabulous! The 1/2 day tour guide was very informative and entertaining, and I love riding the Hop-On-Hop-Off
Bus - with a bus stop so conveniently near the hotel.
Thanks again for helping to make my birthday trip to remember!

Everything was great! Very good choices for the hotels, specially in Siem Reap. I have to mention that our guide in Siem Reap (his name is Huat) was AMAZING, beyond words. If there is any way to do so, please talk about him to your boss, he deserves to be congratulated. I never met anyone as dedicated, kind and interesting. His explanation really made us enjoy the temples and the city way more than we thought. The guide in Bangkok was great too. I have given your name to other friends hoping they contact you when they have to travel to Asia. We will definitely go to Asia again next year and will be using your services.

I've been meaning to drop you a note regarding our trip. My husband, Ralph, and I had a wonderful time.
I can see why people think of Singapore Air in a prestige way - their service is excellent. Our flights were fine, although obviously very long. Singapore Air took good care of us.
As to our stay in Bali, I fell in love with the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel. It is a unique property, in my opinion, with all the Balinese architecture and beautiful grounds. We loved the ambience of the hotel and all its features. The meals there were very good. The tour guide we had was excellent. We were grouped with the other 6 people who took the same special package we took - they were very nice. The guide was very eager to show us his Island and spent more time with us than he had to. I'd love to go back to this property.
The Swissotel Stamford Hotel in Singapore was fine as well - excellent location. We enjoyed our stay there and used the hop-on-hop-off bus to help us get around. I think we covered quite a bit of the City in the time we had. The one-half day tour was very good as well.
I have talked with friends and family about our stay in Bali and am thinking I would like to consider getting a group together to go back to the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel. I will get more feedback and possibly we could work together on that.
I hope all is well with you - we appreciated all that you did to put this trip together for us.

Just want to thank your partners Globotours for the wonderfully arranged tour of Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong which we have just returned from. Rosana in City of Industry office for her attention to detail and friendly manner, it was a pleasure to do business with her. Everything went like clockwork all on time. Hotels being good especially the hotel in Shanghai. The guide in Shanghai was excellent, his English name was Alex and one could not ask for a better person, very knowledgeable and polite. Lastly, they live up to their name Singapore Airlines is one of the finest, we in the USA need to look to you for cleandeness of your aircraft and politeness of your staff. Just wish to give you some feedback about my vacation in Siem Reap. The Siem Reap tour was a blast ! It exceeds our expectation.
The tour guide + the driver was very knowledgeable and explain things very well especially about the temples in angkor wat. The
accomodation was very nice and clean. Breakfast was quite good with a variety of western and oriental food. My kids learned a lot
about the Cambodian culture and angkor wat historical sites. We will being treated very well and my family really enjoyed the trip.
I highly recommend this tour to my friends.

We ended our vacation to China and Japan last weekend. Everything was fantastic. The travel arrangements were first class.
Everything worked to our schedule. The hotels were incredible. The 4 Seasons in Tokyo has to be one of the finest hotels anywhere.
The service was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. We felt the same about the 4 Seasons in Shanghai. The
location was perfect. They upgraded us at no cost to a deluxe room fit for a emperor. The service staff could not have been friendlier.
The Harbour Grand in Hong Kong was great too. We enjoyed all of the city tours. We got what we paid for. The tour guides were
fabulous. We give special thanks to Alex our guide in Shanghai. He was really an outstanding young man and treated us like royalty.
If we decide to travel again to Asia we will certainly look to your company for any packages that would suit our needs. Thanks for
coordinating this trip for us.

We had a great honeymoon! The flight, hotels, transfers, and tours all went smoothly and it was a lot of fun! I know I called you
a lot with MANY questions and you answered them all very CLEARLY and made me feel comfortable. Thank you also for your extra
effort when you were able to get us on the later flight back home from Bali to Singapore.
I also wanted to put in a great recommendation for the tour guide in Bali, IWAYAN WIDIARTA. He was right on time for the transfer
from the airport. We were in a foreign country and he made us feel very welcome and taught us a lot about the culture and the
island. I think that a great company like Globotours and a tour guide like IWAYAN WIDIARTA in Bali is a great combination and the

We really enjoyed the trip, The Furama was an excellent place to stay because of its central location, the Nusa Dua was a fantastic
hotel (we wished we could have stayed longer!) and of course Singapore Airlines definitely made it easier, with their quality service

Thank you for everything you did for us. Many times you went beyond what you were paid to do to make things easier for us. You
do not have an easy job herding a bunch of American tourists through airports and crowded tourist sites, from one "happy room to
the next" while keeping everyone happy. But you did it and there was never a complaint from anyone.

Our trip was fantastic! It was a trip of a lifetime. The resort was the most amazing place I have ever stayed in. The service was
outstanding.
It was a good trip (A Thai Treat). I was especially impressed with all three hotels, the Bangkok Sofitel, the Chiang Mai Holiday Inn,
and the Phuket Marriott Courtyard Kamala Beach. The rooms were all clean, spacious, well appointed, and in excellent condition.
All three hotels had exceptional breakfast buffets. The service at the hotels, as well as with the guide service, was flawless.

We wanted to take a moment to tell you how happy we were with the arrangements you made for us in Beijing. We couldn’t have
had a better, more knowledgeable guide and wanted to make sure you had his name. Aaron knew historical details, cultural facts,
and much more, plus he was very attentive to our needs. We left our camera over an hour out of town, and at the end of the day,
he went on his own in his car to retrieve it for us! He also helped with misc other little things we needed. We would recommend him
highly for anyone traveling to China. While he lives in Beijing, I believe he takes tours all over the country. I know we will request
him when we return to China.

We were in Beijing on a tour arranged by Globotours of Los Angeles USA. We arrived there on the 22nd of November and departed
on the 25th of November. Peter met with us at the airport and provided all the support we needed during our stay in China. He was
very friendly, and personable. He was very attentive to our needs and took care of most of the things we needed without asking for it.
He was very concerned about our well beings at the end of the tour everyday and even recommended local restaurants for dinner for
us. We liked all his recommendations and enjoyed the hospitality at reasonable value. We have used many tour agencies before in
many countries including in China- Shanghai. We believe this time we found somebody truly interested in taking care of us.
We are writing this to just let you know about our appreciation of Peter’s work and thank you for having Peter take care of us while
we were in China. He is truly a remarkable person.

I’m finally almost caught up with everything since returning from our fabulous vacation. We’ve been telling everyone what a
great travel agent you are.
All of the guides and drivers took very good care of us. And they all told us to thank you for giving them our business. We got to see
and do so much more than we could have on our own.
Singapore Airlines’ service matched the expectations we had from their reputation. Thai Airways was excellent as well.
Bangkok - The heat and humidity are impossible. But where else could one take a walk on Saturday night and run into a man taking
a walk with his elephant? We loved it!
What can one say about The Peninsula? It was Fabulous. I am so glad you gave me that last little push. The location was wonderful.
We loved taking the hotel boats back and forth - and we did so many, many times in our 3 days. The room was so luxurious. Room
service was beyond what we could have imagined.
Our guide was delightful. The tour you planned was exactly right. Taking us out on the river in a tail boat made us feel like natives.
Chiang Mai - Again, our guide and driver were right there waiting for us upon arrival. Our big touring day came and it was a really big
day. The guide was excellent. We saw so much. And of course, we visited the elephant camp and took the elephant ride. That was a
very special experience.
Upon our return to the airport in Chiang Mai we looked back on our days in Thailand with real appreciation for the trip you’d put
together for us.
We saw and did so much because of the arrangements you’d made for the guides and drivers. We always felt completely cared for
in a culture we didn’t fully understand. We felt, and still feel, very fortunate to have found you.
And mostly for Andy and myself to simply say THANK YOU for providing us with this wonderful experience. Next stop, Mongolia!!

We have returned from our trip to Singapore and Sarawak and wanted to tell you how wonderful it was. You all did a fabulous job with
the reservations, the hotels, tours, airport transportation, etc. Things were right on schedule, the guides were great and we particularly
enjoyed our guide in Sarawak - Gary. He was terrific - did the city tour with us and then the longhouse trip and airport shuttle as well.
The trip was really a dream come true for all of us. The Ritz in Singapore is amazing and the Hilton in Kuching was lovely as well -
could use a little refurbishing, but it was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the people there as well as the location. In fact, we
spent a lot of time chatting with the new manager who has come to see how they can improve (he's originally from England) so I
think it is only going to get better. I can't say enough good things about Singapore Airlines. They were wonderful. Thank you
VERY MUCH for making this trip possible for us. We will recommend you to anyone we know who is planning to travel to Southeast
Asia. Gratefully!

I just want to take a moment to tell you that my trip to China was incredible. I am particularly pleased that your company did keep
its word that the tour would go on, no matter the size. I was a tour of "one" and each guide and driver treated me professionally and
courteously. The sites were incredible each guides' familiarity with the ancient history as well as modern-day points was phenomen
al. I have a much better understanding of the five major dynasties of China.
I particularly appreciated the guide's flexibility in slightly modifying the schedule or sites--the museum visits became a little
monotonous, and was able to encourage the guide to show me something else. Additionally, the advantage of being such a small
group is that some site visits were over quickly. I was able to add the Chongqing Zoo (and the Pandas!) and a theater performance.
The guides' English proficiency and comfort with the language helped make this a memorable holiday. The drivers were courteous,
professional and ensured my comfort by making water available during the tours. And, I was very impressed by the way they skillfully
maneuvered trough traffic. I don't think I would want to drive in China.
A change in the cruise port of disembarkation due to the earthquake in Sichuan Province was only a slight nuisance--my ship was
canceled and tours were consolidated. Tracy, the Tour Guide in Wuhan worked with her office to confirm the new arrangements
(I stayed overnight in Wuhan and traveled by motor coach to Yiechang) and she was very concerned that I was tken care of and
comfortable. I appreciate that concern and regret that I was not able to see her the next day and offer a gratuity. (Is there any way
I can send a tip from here?)
I especially want to acknowledge my Beijing Tour Guide, Candy (Tao Junyan). She was meticulous, thorough, intelligent,
knowledgeable-and even assisted my desire to see the "History of Kung Fu" on her day off. She escorted me to the theater and
ensured I was safely ensconced in my seat. I appreciate the dedication. My driver, Mr. Bao, added an additional feeling of security.
And, to you, my tour operator, I want to say, "Thank you!" Your guidance, processing of documents and response to my questions
was exceptional service at its best. And, when you were not around to answer my frantic question about the airline tickets, other
members of the staff assisted me quickly.
I really want my next trip to be Egypt, but I may need to take another Asian vacation just to have you handle the arrangements.
Thank you very much for the proverbial "trip of a lifetime!"
