    Paying by Credit card:
    We accept Visa, Master or American Express card. Please download credit card authorization form. Complete and sign the form, then fax the signed form together with a copy of your credit card front and back, and a copy of your driver's license or passport for verification and  fax to 626-839-8613 and you may also mail these materials to Globotours.

    How to Apply:
    Applicants collect required documentations and send to our office via any traceable mailing services.

    1)   Documents Required:
    a/   Completed, signed, and dated visa application form.
    b/   Original passport valid for at least six months from the date of return and with at least two blank
          visa pages remaining.
    b/   One recent passport type (2"x2") color photograph.

    Additional documents:
    a/   First time applicants who were previously Chinese citizens must submit a copy of their Chinese passports (only the page with photograph is needed).
    b/   American born children of Chinese descent must provide a copy of their birth certificate and a copy of one parent's passport and green card when applying the first time.
    c/    US applicants who were previously Chinese citizens and who changed their US passports before must submit a copy of their old US passport (only the page with the photo) and their old Chinese visas.
    d/   Chinese Americans who were previously issued Chinese visas and have changed their US passports must submit a copy of their old Chinese visas in their old US passports.
     
    2.   Additional Requirements for Non-US Citizens: You must send a copy of both sides of your U.S. Green Card or your valid U.S. Visa (except B-1 or B-2 visa).
     
    3.   Visa Application Form: Download the below China visa application form below, complete and sign it. 
     
    4.   Self-addressed stamped envelope: For security concern, traceable mail will be highly recommended (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Post Office Express Mail, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or Certified Mail only). If you choose to use USPS Regular Mail or Priority Mail without confirmation to send passport(s), we are not responsible for lost mail and lost passport(s).
     
    Processing Fee and Payment Method: We accept personal check, company check, cashier's check or money order for regular services. For rush service and express service, make money order or cashier check payable to: Globotours
